My name is Janson Teal, and from a young age, I’ve always had a passion for building. What started with childhood dreams of constructing with building blocks has turned into a lifelong mission to craft homes that stand as symbols of quality and dedication.

After working in the construction industry for years, I realized that homebuilding wasn’t just about building structures—it’s about creating a lasting partnership with every client and ensuring their vision becomes reality. That’s why I founded Sterling Series Homes with a focus on making the process as enjoyable and rewarding as the finished product.

It all started with a vision to create homes that people could truly feel proud of. After gaining hands-on experience in the industry, I knew I wanted to approach homebuilding differently—focusing on not just the product, but also the experience. I founded Sterling Series Homes to combine my expertise with my passion for exceptional craftsmanship, and to ensure that every client felt heard, valued, and involved in the process.
